Artwork services
Artwork scope, schedule, access, materials, approvals, pricing, installation responsibilities, cancellation terms, and usage rights must be stated in a separate written agreement for each accepted project.

Payments
Only verified invoices should be paid according to instructions provided directly by Kalakriti. Government fees and third-party charges are separate unless a written agreement clearly says otherwise.
Intellectual property
The Kalakriti name, official logo, original website copy, and original artwork remain protected by their respective rights. Licensed reference photography remains subject to the source platform license and is not presented as Kalakriti client work.
